TSE-Compliant Mobile NVR
Built to elevate the future of smart public transport, the TSE-compliant Mobile NVR delivers powerful, high-precision video monitoring with support for up to 16 cameras. It delivers uninterrupted live streaming and delay-free recording, ensuring reliable performance even under vehicle vibrations, temperature fluctuations, and harsh operating conditions. With its robust design and intelligent features, the system enhances operational efficiency while significantly improving passenger safety.
The DTVR16 is a mobile network video recorder designed specifically for public transportation, supporting up to 16 cameras. It delivers seamless live-view output while simultaneously recording video streams without lag, ensuring reliable performance.
To enhance passenger safety and security, the DTVR16 offers high frame-rate video recording and two removable storage options (M.2 SSD, up to 2 x 2TB). With support for up to 16 cameras, it provides comprehensive, high-quality coverage both inside and around the vehicle.
Equipped with both H.264 and advanced H.265 video codec, the DTVR16 reduces transmission bandwidth requirements and optimizes storage efficiency. It supports up to 16 cameras each 1080p/25fps high-definition real-time recording, along with vehicle location tracking and monitoring. Critical vehicle data – such as GNSS position(GPS) , speed, and other key information – can be overlaid directly onto the video.

TSE-Compliant Mobile NVR
- Supports up to 9 digital inputs for alarms, reverse gear, and door signals.
- Multi-constellation GNSS + LTE (Cat.4) for real-time remote monitoring.
- Two display outputs: driver alerts and passenger information.
- Integrates with CAN Bus for vehicle data and diagnostics.
- Works with server-based VMS for live monitoring, reports, and Video Walls.
- Instant visibility of critical events and easy access to past recordings with location data.

The DTVR16 has two display outputs. One is used to show videos and alarms to the driver, while the other is intended for passenger information. In addition to the features listed above, an AI-based machine vision module (AIMV) can be integrated into the DTVR16 mobile video recorder.
Engineered for the demanding conditions of public transport, the DTVR16 operates reliably in harsh electromagnetic and mechanical environments.
